group_classes

Group classes meet twice a week and are 75 minute workouts. Contact me for more information, to schedule classes or to schedule make-up classes.

Spin & Lower Body Class Options: Pick your first weekly class at a time that works best for you on Monday or Tuesday.

Monday options: 8:15 - 9:30 a.m. OR 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.

Tuesday: 7:00 - 8:15 p.m.

Spin & Upper Body Class Options: Pick your second weekly class at time that works best for you on Wednesday or Thursday.

Wednesday: 8:15 – 9:30 a.m.

Thursday options: 8:15 – 9:30 a.m. OR 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.

Spin class is 60 minutes long. Currently there are no stand-alone spin classes on the schedule, but this will change once EMG Live Fitness classes are in full swing. Check back here for more information.

intensati

Intensati classes are an hour and are held at my studio:

Tuesdays: 8:15 - 9:15 a.m.
Saturdays: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
