Group classes meet twice a week and are 75 minute workouts. Contact me for more information, to schedule classes or to schedule make-up classes.

Spin & Lower Body Class Options: Pick your first weekly class at a time that works best for you on Monday.

Monday: 8:15 - 9:30 a.m. OR 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.

Spin & Upper Body Class Options: Pick your second weekly class at time that works best for you on Wednesday or Thursday.

Wednesday: 8:15 – 9:30 a.m.

Thursday: 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.


Intensati classes are an hour and are held at my studio:

Tuesdays: 8:15 - 9:15 a.m.
Saturdays: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
