This technique is relatively simple to learn and has a significant positive effect on improving flexibility, alignment and posture, joint mobility, sleep, digestion, and results of exercise. It works by treating both your connective tissue and nervous system with small balls and a soft foam roller which then allows the water that we do drink (and we often don’t drink enough) to actually help our bodies to perform as it should.
